1. Treatments
- All aesthetic and medical treatments are non-refundable once purchased. This includes injectables, IPL, microneedling, skin boosters, facials, and all other clinic-based procedures.
- Refunds cannot be provided for partially completed treatments or missed appointments.
- If you are unsatisfied with a treatment outcome, we encourage you to contact us within 14 days to discuss your concerns. We may offer a complimentary review or adjustment where clinically appropriate.
2. Products
- All skincare and supplement products purchased in-clinic or online are eligible for a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or damaged after purchase.
- Refunds for eligible products will be processed using the original payment method.
3. Gift Vouchers & Packages
- Gift vouchers and treatment packages are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Vouchers and packages are valid for the period stated at purchase and must be redeemed before expiry.
- If a treatment booked with a voucher is cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, the voucher may be considered redeemed in full.
4. Cancellations & Rebooking
- We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
- Cancellations made within less than 48 hours, or missed appointments, may be subject to a fee or considered a used treatment.
- Exceptional circumstances (illness, emergencies) will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
5. How to Request a Refund or Exchange

- Once approved, please return the product securely in its original packaging.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days of receipt.
