Cancellation Policy

Here at Skin Lab Aesthetics and Skin Rejuvenation, we are committed to being as flexible as possible. We therefore ask that you give us 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel your appointment for treatments addressing concerns like acne, rosacea, or lines and wrinkles. Unfortunately, any appointments cancelled after this notice period will not receive a refund of their deposit. However, any appointment can be rescheduled within 24 hours at no charge, including those for microneedling or treatments for enhancing the cheeks.
